You will learn how to safely can your veggies, fruits and even meat! Join LFA and expert canner/food preservation teacher Jen Welton, aka The Heritage Steward, for a foundational class in canning!
What you will get:
2-2.5 hours of instruction with some hands-on experience
Take-home jar of something tasty we create in class
Handout with tips, reminders, recipes for your use at home!
